Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not available for:

Lost, Stolen, or Incorrectly Delivered Packages

SmartWellnessFinds will assist customers in investigating delivery issues. However, we are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier, stolen packages after delivery, or delays caused by third-party shipping providers.

Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact SmartWellnessFinds before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve legitimate concerns.
